Queen
Queen are a British rock band formed in London in 1971 and are one of the most commercially successful musical acts of all time. The people in the band are Freddie Mercury, Brian May, John Deacon and Roger Taylor. The band has released a total of 18 number one albums, 18 number one singles, and 10 number one DVDs worldwide making them one of the world’s best-selling music artists. In 1991 Mercury died of bronchopneumonia, a complication of AIDS, and Deacon retired in 1997. Since then May and Taylor have infrequently performed together, including a collaboration with Paul Rodgers under the name Queen + Paul Rodgers. Their song “Bohemian Rhapsody” won for the best song in the last 100 years.
Queen are one of the best rock bands that the world has ever known about and their lead singer Freddie Mercury is known as one of the most talented people in his time in music. Queen preforms was one of the best preforms at all times. Queen’s music is unique and each song has his on meaning and style. Overall Queen are amazing in every way possible to describe a rock band.
